Dear Anand
Thanks for writing. We had a wonderful time on our trip to Bhutan.
The itinerary and the guides were fine. We enjoyed the trip very much. We do look forward to coming back and getting into eastern Bhutan, and also to do some trekking.
The only thing I found odd on the trip, and this is very minor, but still odd, is how guests have to pay for water at meals. Seriously? Couldn’t this be included in the cost of the meal? The price is so small that it is annoying. Tourists don’t carry around Bhutanese money that small. Paying for soda, beer, wine, sure that is expected. But please, included a couple of bottles of water with each meal, or have the guides bring in a bottle from the car. It’s very strange.
That said, we look forward to our next trip with Wind horse. We are thinking of Bhutan in October. Any ideas?
Thanks
