Kadmat Island Resort
Kadmat is a simple resort located at South tip of the Kadmat island. The rooms have views of the encircling lagoons and waking up to Dolphins frolicking just beyond the reef at sunrise is part of the charm at Kadmat. Air Conditioned cottages with attached bathrooms. Restaurant serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet meals. Laundry service is available. Mobile phone network is available (BSNL).
A full-fledged water sports institute at Kadmat Island, a gymnasium, tourist cafeteria, glass bottom boats to view marine life, scuba dive centers and facilities for other water sports like snorkeling, kayaking, excursions, sailing, water-skiing, deep sea fishing etc., has already been set up. A fully functional SCUBA diving centre (run by local Lacadives) provides dives for from beginners to advanced and can provide introductory dives those who are new the sport. Local excursion trips to places of interest on the island can also include Lighthouse and coconut factory. Alcohol is prohibited on the island.
