Sisina Shechen Nunnery || Wang Sisinang Shechen Orgyen Chodzong Nunnery

Shechen Orgyen Chodzong Nunnery is situated in a secluded area known as Sissinang, south of Thimphu, along the route to Paro. He offered numerous significant teachings there, and the temple’s beautiful frescoes were painted according to his instructions.
Today, over one hundred nuns, primarily Bhutanese, live, meditate, and study at the nunnery under the guidance of Dilgo Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche and Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche.
