Ura Valley is the easternmost and highest among the four Bumthang valleys, with an altitude of approximately 3,100 meters, imparting a profound sense of remoteness. It is renowned for its distinctive cluster of houses tightly packed within a relatively small area. Historically, the population in Ura Valley consisted of semi-nomadic yak herders.
