Hi Anand,

We’re finally home after an amazing 2 months travelling so I thought I’d give you some feedback. I’m also happy to put a review on TripAdvisor but I can’t find Windhorse. If you’re on there, please send me the link and I’ll post something.

Well, I can’t think of a single thing to list as a low. Honestly, we loved our time in Bhutan. Cen Cho was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable about all things Bhutanese, unfailingly helpful and polite and went out of her way to meet our sometimes unusual requests. Anything we asked about or for, she was able to meet our expectations, from a meal of fern fronds to equipping us with an entire outfit to wear to the Paro Festival. She is indeed a credit to Windhorse. I look forward to keeping in touch with her in the event anyone I know wants to come to Bhutan – I will highly recommend both Windhorse and Cen Cho.

Our driver, Tendin, was such good company – so cheerful and fun, we had so many laughs with them both. His skills at driving meant we were never nervous about travelling and we very much enjoyed his stories. Again, he was most helpful with our requests and always in very good humour. A great asset to Windhorse. He also introduced us to the clowns at the festival and I was able to get a great photo with them thanks to Tendin!

Our itinerary was perfect – well paced, excellent accommodations and meals. John and I were sad to leave our new friends and your beautiful country. We hope to come back and explore more and look forward to catching up with the Windhorse team.

Thank you again, we were overwhelmed with wonderful Bhutanese hospitality and loved every moment of our time in Bhutan.
